Program
Over the course of a three-day workshop, we will create a network of individuals and organizations working together to outline the scope of existing work, break down the silos inhibiting collaboration, and advance the future of research and development surrounding GeoConvergence.
We will begin by convening to examine GeoConvergence through five lenses: science and technology, fields of applications, academic implications, social and natural impacts, and ethical considerations. Next, we will invite interested individuals to contribute to delineating the need for future research and coordination of GeoCovergence. Lastly, we will gather together to commemorate our learnings and provide recommendations to policy makers and researchers at the National Science Foundation who will advance GeoConvergence.
We invite you to register to join us for the GeoConvergence Workshop, to be presented virtually May 18 - 20, 2021.
